If you are a transfer student requesting evaluation of a Physics course for transfer credit, you must provide the following documentation:
An unofficial transcript showing your grades
An official course syllabus or course outline for each Physics course you wish to transfer
Please note: Only courses completed with a grade of C or higher will be considered for transfer credit.

Transfer credit evaluations will not be completed until all required documents are received. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that an official transcript is sent to the Office of University Admissions.
